You must inform us at least 1 day (24 hours) before initiating a return or exchange, and the item must be physically returned to us within 15 days of delivery.

We happily exchange items for a different size or colour, subject to availability.
- Inform us at least 1 day in advance with your preferred size or colour.
- Exchange requests are honoured within the 15-day return window.
- Once your item is received and inspected, the replacement will be dispatched within 2–3 business days.
- Standard shipping charges apply for the new dispatch unless the exchange is due to our error.
- If your preferred size or colour is out of stock, we will offer a full refund or store credit.
Approved refunds are credited back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or a wrong item being sent.
- Please use a trackable courier service for your return shipment. Love Threaded is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
- For defective or incorrect items, we will arrange a complimentary reverse pickup once the return is approved.
- Share the return tracking details with our support team after dispatch.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable under any circumstances:
- Sale, clearance, or heavily discounted items
- Customised, embroidered, or personalised garments
- Innerwear, nightwear accessories, or intimate items (for hygiene reasons)
- Items that have been washed, altered, or dry-cleaned
- Gift cards and store credits
