01 Policy Overview

At Love Threaded, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every item we sell. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer a straightforward return and exchange process.

You must inform us at least 1 day (24 hours) before initiating a return or exchange, and the item must be physically returned to us within 15 days of delivery.

02 How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Notify Us in Advance Contact our support team at least 1 day (24 hours) before you wish to ship back the item. Share your order number, item name, reason for return/exchange, and photos if applicable.

Receive Return Approval Our team will review your request and send you a Return Authorisation confirmation via email or WhatsApp within 24 hours of your notification.

Pack & Ship Within 15 Days Pack the item securely in its original packaging with all tags intact. Ensure the item reaches us within 15 days of your original delivery date.

Inspection & Resolution Once we receive the item, our team inspects it within 2–3 business days. Your refund or exchange will be processed immediately after approval.
03 Return Eligibility

Please review what qualifies for a return or exchange before reaching out:

  • Item notified within 24 hrs of decision
  • Returned within 15 days of delivery
  • Unused and unwashed
  • Original tags attached
  • Original packaging intact
  • Manufacturing defects
  • Wrong item delivered
  • Size exchange (subject to stock)

✕ Not Eligible

  • Notified after 24-hour window
  • Returned after 15 days of delivery
  • Washed, worn, or altered items
  • Tags removed or damaged
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Items without original packaging
  • Customised or personalised pieces
  • Damage due to improper care
04 Exchange Process

We happily exchange items for a different size or colour, subject to availability.

  • Inform us at least 1 day in advance with your preferred size or colour.
  • Exchange requests are honoured within the 15-day return window.
  • Once your item is received and inspected, the replacement will be dispatched within 2–3 business days.
  • Standard shipping charges apply for the new dispatch unless the exchange is due to our error.
  • If your preferred size or colour is out of stock, we will offer a full refund or store credit.
🔄 Each item can be exchanged once only. If you wish to exchange an already-exchanged item, it will be treated as a return.
05 Refunds

Approved refunds are credited back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Bank processing times may vary. If you do not receive your refund within the stated timeline, please contact your bank before reaching out to us.
06 Return Shipping
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or a wrong item being sent.
  • Please use a trackable courier service for your return shipment. Love Threaded is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
  • For defective or incorrect items, we will arrange a complimentary reverse pickup once the return is approved.
  • Share the return tracking details with our support team after dispatch.
07 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue
⚠️ Damage claims raised after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for resolution. Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
08 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable under any circumstances:

  • Sale, clearance, or heavily discounted items
  • Customised, embroidered, or personalised garments
  • Innerwear, nightwear accessories, or intimate items (for hygiene reasons)
  • Items that have been washed, altered, or dry-cleaned
  • Gift cards and store credits
